Pages were nothing special, but the meat was delicious. We also enjoyed the Peach-Kobbler. You also have a playground for the children! A great road trip stop (Pun intended).

Despite concerns after reading the negative reviews, we have eaten here and were very satisfied with our meal. The crust on the Brisket is delicious and the chopped Brisket Sandwich was also very good. No fat or tasty parts of meat in there. Smoked turkey was moist and tasty.

Good delicious barbecue; reasonable price; very good pages; unspoiled facility; great management and waiter; many people are extremely critical about Texas Barbecue... In fact, many people drag themselves. Every day, Coopers serves very good traditional Texas grill. The critics? You probably don't know the difference between smoking with post oak or green mesquite. Anyway, this is a great, traditional Texas barbecue joint worth a few hours to enjoy the experience. I smoked over 1000 briskets and won some competitions. Coopers serves an excellent grill! Trust me. Enjoy!

I was on a cross-country motorcycle ride from California to Florida. Had to stop for gas and luckily Coopers Bar-B-Q was there. What a fantastic place! Great place, Great Food and Super Friendly staff! I had the brisket, beans, cole slaw sweet tea. Loved it! You can go wrong here, I highly recommend this Texas BBQ!
