What was supposed to be a quick gas stop turned into quite an ordeal. I struggled to find a working pump and had to wait while several people finished pumping g... read more What was supposed to be a quick gas stop turned into quite an ordeal. I struggled to find a working pump and had to wait while several people finished pumping gas only to leave their vehicles at the pump while they went inside. I witnessed this multiple times during my brief visit to the springs. Is it not covered in driver's training to avoid leaving vehicles at the pumps? The place was busy, and after waiting for two cars ahead of me only to discover that the pumps were out of service, I found the level of customer service to be lacking. If a pump is broken, it would be helpful to mark it clearly so that everyone can see before they pull up.

You can really se... read more I stopped here while exiting Interstate 10 on my way to Abilene. I didn’t buy anything; I just needed to use the restroom and stretch my legs. You can really see that this store gets a lot of traffic, both inside and outside. It’s clear that the store could benefit from some updates here and there.

The restrooms, particularly the men's, we... read more This is, by far, the worst truck stop I have ever visited. The only redeeming feature of this place is the McDonald's. The restrooms, particularly the men's, were extremely dirty and smelled awful. The showers were old and poorly maintained, with no shampoo or soap provided. The staff were unwelcoming as well. On the bright side, the exterior of the building looks nice, but that changes as soon as you step inside. This used to be a great pit stop, but it has really deteriorated. I’ve made up my mind to never return; they've officially lost my business.
