Dairy Queen is one of my favorite things about Texas (They have a different menu than the ones in other states), but they usually have poor service and/or they are dirty. What R High doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
Don't waste your time. Went in tonight around 9. There was no one in line when we walked up to the counter. Stood there for a few minutes and finally gave up and left. They never acknowledged we were there even though they looked directly at us and walked past is taking food out to the dining area. Their loss... won't darken their door again. View all feedback.
We were passing through and decided to grab a bite to eat. Well 1. the guy that took the order over the speaker was rushing us to finish the order 2. Waited in the drive through line for at least 15 minutes. When it was our turn to go to the window the woman advised us that they didn’t have sweet tea (which the guy who was rushing us could have told us when we placed the order) She asked what else we wanted to drink and said pink lemonade and she walked off. Well we had 2 drinks that needed to be changed and she assumed we meant both drinks were pink lemonade and got mad when we asked if one could be a coke and she said so do you want me to just dump it out and put coke in it? My son said well can you rinse it? She huffed and closed the window. Came back didn’t give us straws. Then a guy came and brought us the food. You think after waiting so li g the food would be warm. NOPE!! The burger was cold the buns were hard!!Wait a waste of $33!!! And that was for 2 combos and kids meal!!Don’t waste your time or your money!!And obviously by the other reviews the same woman is there so apparently they don’t mind losing business and money!

FOOD POISONING...Ate here yesterday while traveling for the 4th. The food seemed off tasting but regrettably I ate it, so did my daughter. About an 30 minutes after eating it I felt very bloated. Within an hour we were on the side of the road both of us, like simultaneously. We finished our 4 hour trip with a few more stops and were both sick all night. Thanks DQ for a great trip and 4th of July I really appreciate it.
Waited 30 minutes, just to get a cold burger and burnt jalitos.
They were rude , i asked a question and she didnt take the time to even help me out she walked away ? insane.
