We ate twice at Auberge de Castelloubon during our recent holiday in the Midi Pyrenees. The food is excellent simple, local recipes but wonderful quality (the Pyrenean lamb shanks were outstanding and the salted caramel ice cream is seriously to kill your grandmother for! and the welcome from the owners was one of the warmest I have experienced in any country anywhere in the world. Ils ne parlent pas anglais. Mais le langage corporel va très loin.
Toujours réussi : plats du jour, dessert maison, ambiance chaleureuse, un incontournable
