Ordered on the app and automatically selects soy yoghurt. When I explained it was an accident they refused to switch to regular yoghurt unless I paid again plus with the transaction cost they charge to order. Was a regular customer but with this bad service won't be back! View all feedback.
Dit is geen frozen yoghurt: dit is soft ijs. Veel te zoet en absoluut niet fris/zuur zoals (bevroren) yoghurt dat hoort te zijn. 1 hap en toen in de prullenbak. Arrogante bediening maakt de slechte ervaring af.

Waardeloos. 3 x geprobeerd bij deze vestiging een froyo ijsje te bestellen. De ene keer was de pin kapot, dan was het ijs op en de andere keer was er een be right back bordje minstens een half uur en niemand aanwezig. Ohja, onlangs ook op CS geprobeerd, ook hier was frozen yoghurt 'op '. Allemaal vroeg op de middag. Ik heb het opgegeven, ik ga ergens anders mijn ijsje halen. Zorg ervoor dat je fatsoenlijk inkoopt voorbereid of bied het gewoon simpelweg niet aan....
I have already visited a total of 10 times and every time it says open on Google, but they are always closed and there is only a sign that says closed. You only see it when you are there yourself. Adjust your times and don't say you're open if you're not!
CITY CARD HOLDERS- READ HERE if you bought a city card and came here expecting a discount, be aware that they are not accepting that card for any type of discount. I brought it up to the girl working and she said “I will let my manager know.”That’s fine, she probably is just doing her job but the management should remove itself from the list of businesses participating in the city card. The frozen yogurt itself is good but not great. My boyfriend says it kind of taste like envelope glue. Surprisingly accurate. Try it for yourself.
