Great food, but they try to scam my friend who doesn't speak Dutch by asking higher prices. Just act normal guys, the prices are on the board. Who do you think you are? If someone does not speak Dutch, it does not mean that this person is stupid. Just act normal and speak to your employees about this. Really completely inappropriate and ridiculous behavior. Bad service. Staff was very negative and not customer friendly at all. Fries later turned out to be undercooked, so we first had to have a discussion to clarify that this was the case. Pity! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was at the smullers on Saturday April 27, 2024 at 7:00 PM. Fries were undercooked and drenched in sauce. Then a friend went back to ask for a new container and was met with a rude attitude from employees that it was done. No, it wasn't. Just like the bowls of friends I was with. Could be better. Waarom is het eten hier nooit vers!!?? En warm?? Het is dat ik voor de lunch soms hierop aangewezen ben, maar smullen???? Nope... helaas niet! Een koude frikandel is gewoon hard... zo jammer deze tent! Het zou echt geen smullers moeten heten.... zeker niet op de zuidas!!
Onvriendelijk bediening ,smerig eten. Ik zou mij schamen als eigenaar!!!!!!!!!!!!
