Great little place the best pre rolled joints an good quality smoke, i found the staff to be happy and friendly, i went to quite a few coffee shops on my trip there and ended up in balou numerous times so yeah highly recomended View all feedback.

Blonde woman behind the counter, rudest service ever experienced. Not the rudest service experienced in Amsterdam but the rudest in general that I have experienced. Fire that woman View all feedback.
