I stopped here during a road trip to grab a quick bite. The location was clean and welcoming. I placed my order using an app while I was on phone calls. When I arrived, I used the app's lock feature to pick up my order, and I was surprised when the server appeared at my car window just two minutes later! What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
11 pm I went to the drive thru and waited for someone who welcomed me. Unfortunately, there was no one who had gone through at the time, we thought they might be closed. we took the hours and we left an hour, but since it seems like nobody was there, we started to go. When we drove through the windows, we saw a group of employees who are talking and hanging. I understand whether they are short-time staffed or when they are closed or when the systems are down, but at least they acknowledge people and let them know what is going on. or if they are closed, please put a sign so that people are not confused.
I went in the afternoon around 3:15 PM and I paid almost $20 for a happy meal and a value meal for myself with a Burger and fries. I was even asked to pull forward and to a reserved space to wait for my Burger even though there wasn't anybody behind me in the line and the drive-through. When they brought my food out to me the fries were obviously cooked more than half an hour prior to my arrival and they were stale and terrible. It should not be a practice to give away food that you can obviously see is old and needs to be discarded especially when people are paying full price for that item and it would be the same as if you had just cooked it for them in the moment.
I ordered breakfast sandwiches and there were egg shells in both the McMuffins. I don't get McDonald's very often at all, and this last time reminded me why.Food: 2/5
The 2701 S Main, Joplin, MO location is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.The food is most generally served cold/sloppy/greasy. Occasionally you'll get a McDouble that has about two tablespoons of rehydrated onions, and not much else.The customer service is absolutely dismal.I'm never, ever going to purchase anything from this McDonald's location again. If I could give negative stars, you bet they would get full negative starts.
Just waited over 20 mins for 3 mc chickens. i get home and there hot and spicy mc chickens.. the 2 women that helped me today kept losing track of the orders.. one of them even asked if i had reg or hot and i said regular. please take the time and drive to a different mcdonalds.
It's McDonald's. What can I say. Nicer staffed in the north location. At least they don't have their cheek pierced the nose pierced, their tongue pierced to their lip pierced.
