Hackett Hot Wings - Joplin

Used to love this establishment, and then they got new management… the experience is awful from start to finish. The greeters were rude, the bathrooms were disgusting, and our server even argued with us when we received fries that were both cold and hard and refused to give us a replacement because they “literally just came out of the fryer”. We didn’t eat the fries and still had to pay for them and two of us woke up with severe food poisoning. Hackett Hot Wings will never be seeing our money … – show

Staff was very attentive and wings were so delicious!

I have been a customer of hackett's for years and when I was a kid my school bus stop was the front of their business on Langston Hughes I went in tonight for a to-go order I was told it would be a 45-minute wait which I was fine with after waiting 30 minutes a gentleman comes out of the kitchen and says that half of the items on my order could not be completed because they ran out of those items on the menu I was fine with that as well what got me was the lady at the counter proceeded to tell m … – show

Never disappointed when you stop for lunch at Hackett's on Main

The wings were delicious. Plenty of sauce, great flavor. I thought it was a little high priced compared to most places but the quality was there. We sat at the bar and we received good service. The hostess told us she had no idea how long it would take with us third on the list yet tons of open tables. So that was different but spots at bar came available so we sat there. Would absolutely return though.
