I don't have a Fazolis in my hometown but I've stopped here a couple times now when I'm driving through Missouri. The food is comforting and the staff here are great!

I really enjoy... read more I dined indoors, and the waiter was both capable and friendly. However, I've had the same meal at the drive-thru before, and it was much quicker. I really enjoyed their new cheese stuffed shells! This was the first time I found the breadsticks to be greasy, so I had to wipe them down with a napkin. Normally, their breadsticks are excellent! As always, the restaurant was clean and comfortable. It might have just been an off day, but I will definitely return.

The lasagna is consistently good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's hard to be upset about that.

I have had very few issues and what few I have had, Krystal and Alex have always made sure they were promptly taken care of and resolved. I will definitely keep coming here because the food is good and the service is great!

It was fast it was fresh and it most definitely was Italian.
