The first time there wasnt much interaction, just ordering and re... read more I will never frequent this cafe again. This is the second time I have been met with attitude. The first time there wasnt much interaction, just ordering and receiving my order, but the staff came across very surly and when I did ask a question, it was as if I was wasting her time. Today, I had been up all night in the A&E department with my daughter, so I was sleep deprived and it was now 1.00 pm. I thought I'd ordered a toasted ham and cheese panini. When I went to collect it, it was a toasted sandwich. I stopped, went to hand it back as I thought it was someone elses order. I admitted it was my mistake as I thought I had orded a panini. They do not do ham and cheese toasted paninis, only sandwiches. The attitude I was given was unbelievable and was told it written clearly in the window where the food is displayed. Then to hear then talking about it. This is unacceptable service, for all she knew, my daughter could have been gravely ill and the last I needed was rudness. I asked what the process was to complain, and she smirked at me that the owner was in at 7.30. I think the staff dont realise that effectively, it is the customer who pay her wages and if you dont like people, go and work somewhere you dont have to interact with them. I will definitely be making a complaint and will be spreading the word to friends and colleagues to avoid going there.
