The Juicy Crab - Jonesboro

I visited this restaurant on a Monday afternoon expecting it to be quiet, but it was actually quite busy. Despite never having been there before, my server Tasha was patient, friendly, and attentive. The bartender made fantastic drinks and ensured our satisfaction. We felt like royalty because we were able to order everything we wanted, including margaritas, tequila shots, and Corona beer for drinks, as well as calamari for appetizers. I opted for the lobster for my main course. Overall, we had a great experience and felt that the prices were fair.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. The ambience was perfect. Tonya made the most incredible Mango Margaritas that were simply fantastic. However, the highlight of my dining experience was the exceptional service from Essence. She made me feel like I was the most important person in the restaurant, all while still attending to her other tables. I felt truly valued and cared for. Essence is a true asset to the restaurant. Thank you to Empress Essence and the rest of the team for making me feel so welcomed and at home.

Food was great! We had shrimps and snow crab legs in Cajun Seasoning. I also had lemon pepper steamed oysters!! The service was good and fast. Jaden was our server! The peach lemon drop Martini was also hit!!
