Chuck E. Cheese - Jonesboro

Location remodeled, new games, updated layout. Looks very nice. Kids have a great time without breaking my pocket. Staff friendly. Recommend this Chuck E. Cheese for sure.

Ok, First I was really surprised with the food being served due to the atmosphere!! What mean is the Chucky Cheese in Riverdale could use some renovations! It had an old smell and vibe! However, the food was really good, especially the Salad Bar! It was kept really clean, fresh and stayed stocked! The pizza was really good, too but you have to have the chocolate chip cookie cake, it was awesome!! It was a little pricey as we celebrated our son's birthday there without reservations! We had only one other child, his cousin so we felt that it wasn't worth the money but we spent over $150.00! The downside was when we were told that it was ok for us to sit in the party room; however, the Supervisor or Manager kicked us out even though it wasn't crowded in the area!! I felt it wasn't that deep! She might need to go back to Customer Service training! Even though my son was a little bored due to what little games they did have, we all had a pretty good time! The Customer Service extended by the other employees were on point, they were very friendly, patient and helpful! I would recommend for children under 7 years of age!!

My kids always loves it here , the staff is friendly and helpful . not really crowded place , feels a bit small and outdated for the most part , i personally feel like the rewards could be better for the tickets

It was fairly clean on the inside and all the games were operational. However the leadership is very poor. There was 4-5 employees standing around in a group talking during its peek time. The line was almost to the door and we are only operating one register. I asked the manager are any other employees able to assist with the flood of people in that came in the door and her response was not customers friendly, however we rolled with the punches.

It smelled in there. The restrooms smelled and was dirty. The whole store had food on the floor. It was crowded. I will never again go to that Chuck E. Cheese. It was beyond ghetto promise. Only good thing was the police was there.
