Checkers - Jonesboro

I ordered two Crispy Fish Sandwiches but got Crispy Chicken Sandwiches with Mayo from their new Automated Ordering System. I didn't turn around and went back because I lived 20 miles away. I threw the sandwiches away. I'm just talking about going back to Checkers.

The handwriting tacky paper sign over the speaker when you order clearly say WOW WE NOW HAVE SHAKES ASK CASHIER. Now after saying my order one thousand times with that freaking robot I drive around only to be rudely told YOU GOT TO DRIVE AROUND AGAIN YOUR ORDER GETTING PLACE? so I politely asked about shakes. Oh we don?t have any shakes. I said but your handwriting shake taped outside said as you. Confused confused confused. Let me and mine go to cookout where we know we can get what?s on the professional menu

This location is garbage with an automated voice taking orders but when you get to the window they have nothing of what you ordered.This is the end result.

The worst fast food experience in recent memory. Something was wrong with the headset, so everyone had to pull to the window to order. They didn't make any extra effort to streamline this situation, so the line backed up behind the giant order in front of me. I was stuck in the line for about an hour. And then when it was finally my turn to order, it was another good five minutes before they took my order. Maybe they were hoping we would drive away and shrink the line.

I order the two for $6 2chili dogs and chicken sandwich with no lettuce made into meal with garlic loaded fries and lemonade and I 2 chili cheese dogs a cheeseburger with lettuce garlic fry no bacon oh yeah the lemonade was the only thing right I asked why no onions on chili dog I didn?t want cheese worker said they were out of onions but there was an onion on the burger I didn?t order.. file complaints never got a response but for future reference I know where to go to get a drink smh
