Pizza Hut - Joliet

I ordered 2 pizzas and they were delivered to the wrong house. When I called, they directed me to the correct house and instructed me to retrieve the pizzas, which had been sitting outside for 30-40 minutes. When I expressed my frustration, I was told to be more specific when placing orders. This was the worst service I have ever received in my 45 years. Maybe they should consider hiring employees who can read addresses accurately!

The customer service at this restaurant is awful. When I called to order a pizza, the woman who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me, claiming she couldn't hear me. After calling back multiple times, she finally answered and directed me to call the Collins St. location. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Whenever we order pizza for delivery, they insist on payment by credit card. The reason? So they can tack on extra charges for gas! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was excellent and the food was incredible. The cheese sticks were packed with cheese and I tried the new Edge pizza, which had plenty of toppings and delicious flavor.

I sat in the personal, the eating was great. Cheese sticks much cheese and I got the new edge pizza it was amazing many toppings and great taste.
