Love the decoration and friendly service, but I come for the food and the price, and I am never disappointed. Lunch service for $13 drink included, and the sushi, hibachi, and buffet is excellent. Standard Chinese buffet fair, orange chicken, fried rice, great egg-drop or miso soup, and all hot and fresh. Never crowded for lunch, but enough people that new pans are coming out all the time.Parking: Has its own dedicat... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Osaka:
This is our first and last time trying this place. The hostess was rude. The server was fine. The food was not fresh. The meat was old. The crabs was mushy and stinky. Shrimp was dry. Salmon was not tender and had no taste. The grill food was fresh but they over cooked the meat so it was chewy and had no taste. We didn’t eat sushi since we didn’t trust the quality of food there. We stick with the cooked food. We were there on Sunday and it was pretty busy. Yet, they couldn’t keep food fresh. Meaning their meats were old to begin with. They also added tip 10% right at the checking when you paid ahead of time. I would not recommend this place.
Absolutely garbage, from the moment I walked through the door.. not sure how they're still in business... it's 1100am, just opening, i go to pay for one person, 12.50 advertised price quickly turned into 15.27.$1.28 gratuity already added to my bill, i ask about that she points to a sign (very rudely i might add) l. Then i get to my table and find there is an additional. 25 charge on my ticket because i used a debit card to pay for the meal...smh... then i get my food and wowww... they must have put the food out at 1030am. Everything is cold, sweet and sour chicken is dried out. Maybe tourist and visitors patronize this place because the empty restaurant should have warned me not to take a seat.

I’ve been to a lot of bad Chinese buffets, but this was the worst. We figured since it was a Friday night that the food would be fresh, but everything looked like it had been sitting in the warmers all day and was way over cooked. The quality of the food was bad and the staff were unkempt and looked miserable. We spent $55 total for our family (not happy we had to pay for our 2 and 3 year old, they literally ate nothing because it was gross). We left still hungry but couldn’t stomach anymore of the food and we wished we spent our money eating anywhere else.
Do not go here. They charged my husband $17 for dinner and had nothing except lunch items on the buffet. They brought out fish that wasnt sushi and it was completely raw. They had nothing on the sushi bar. My husband had been going here since they opened and never complained until today. He never got to eat and they refused to give my husband a refund and kicked him out. You can bet I will spreading how terrible this place is to everyone I meet. I will post this on every social media platform. This is the location by the mall.
