Mrs. Fields - Joliet

I went to this kiosk little cookie place and I usually love it. I and my friend both wanted to eat some cookies while our teenagers were out of shopping. There was a generous blonde girl named Sarah who refused to put in our correct order, she swore to us, UNPROVOKED, and then ended to give us the wrong thing anyway. We literally did nothing but order, POLITELY, but they literally shot us dirty appearance as soon as we got up. It won't be ordered until it's gone. I'd give these 0/5 stars if I could, just because of her. Sarah does not deserve this position, nor should she interact with customers. Very rude and unprofessional.

This place is amazing! The best cake in town, service is always great. Nice gifts too. It's my one stop shop for parties.

Great food, great staff. The cheesecake glasses are absolutely amazing. A little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay, and it's worth it.

Love the sugar cookies with m&m's! And the smoothies! Oh. My. Goodness. The smoothies are awesome! They just added TCBY frozen yogurt and I've only gotten to try the cookies and cream and it gave me the milk and cookies effect I always felt was missing from my cookies. The girl who works there, Francesca is sweet and always puts up with me when I can't decided which smoothie flavor I want... and never gets mad when I ALWAYS wind up getting strawberry banana!

First off, let me say how incredibly delicious the cookies were! Me and my wife Diane absolutely loved it. Definitely well worth the price. Some of the best service we've had at the mall from the young blonde lady. She had a smile the whole time and was genuinely happy to help. We love the new management and hope they stick around
