**Restaurant Review: The Haven**
The Haven has carved out a reputation as a go-to spot for casual dining, particularly favored for its icy cold beers and hearty meals. While many patrons praise its dependable menu featuring standout items like the World's Largest Reuben Sandwich and consistently hot delivery, others report issues with food accuracy and cleanliness. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, making it ideal for game nights with friends. Although experiences can vary significantly, with occasional service mishaps overshadowing the dining experience, the overall appeal lies in its reliable food and amiable staff who strive to enhance customer satisfaction.

The Reuben sandwich at this restaurant was incredible! The homemade rye bread truly made it stand out. Just a tip—don't make the same mistake I did and order the full sandwich; I ended up with enough food for four meals! But I would absolutely order it again.
This is a wonderful little restaurant with superb service. If you love Reubens, you have to try one here! The sandwiches are served on homemade bread and are quite large. The entire dining experience was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5 for both food and service. I highly recommend this place for a tasty lunch. Prices range from $10 to $20 per person.
I wish I could give this restaurant negative stars. I'm not even sure where to begin. I joined a group of friends, and it took forever for anyone to come over and take our order. We weren't even asked for our drink orders until after we placed our food orders. Luckily, we eventually received our drinks, but then we waited 20 minutes with no food at all. The orders came out one by one, so we couldn't eat together, and those who did receive their meals were not satisfied with the food. About half of our group ended up having to get items taken off the bill because the dishes were unappetizing. The men's bathroom was also unpleasant. You walk in to find a metal trough for urinals, and then you turn around to see the toilet—with no privacy at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly won't be returning.
The worst bar in Johnstown. I was watching the Pirates game when a rude waitress shouted at me. Dressed in all black, she attempted to kick me out, and her breath was unbearable. It was impossible to have a calm conversation with her. I highly advise against visiting this place. Rating: Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
Review: I recently had lunch at this restaurant and had a great experience. The food was delicious, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was excellent as well, also a 5 out of 5. However, I found the atmosphere to be lacking a bit, so I would only give it a 3 out of 5 in that category. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for a tasty and enjoyable meal.
