I go to this dunkin at least once a week because it’s the only coffee place within 20 minutes of my house and school. The workers are so unbelievably rude but today was the worst it’s been. The drive through ladies didn’t hear one of the drinks I was ordering so as I know with working in customer service I asked if she wants me to come inside so I wasn’t holding up the line. The way she explained she said that I ordered a different drink and listed it off which I did she just didn’t hear my second one. She made it for me and was like you didn’t order this but we won’t charge you for it. She says that in the most condescending voice. I then go to my car and try my drink. It is so bitter and awful. I regularly get this drink and it has never tasted so bad. I then go back inside and ask if they can add liquid sugar or anything to it. I also said if it’s easier can they just make a second one and i’ll pay for it. They said no and scoffed. Every-time went I hated how the first part of my morning would be bothered by the unpleasant workers but I wanted coffee so I continued to go until today was my last time because of how badly it was made and how I was personally treated. I hope the two specific workers have an awful day. Maybe some day they will learn how to do their job. It would be even better if they were fired.

Also, the one lady ALWAYS seems to have an attitude.

They kept laughing at us and told us to stop mes... read more This was a horrible experience. They tried to charge our little sister for water even though it should be free. They kept laughing at us and told us to stop messing around when all we did was leave go somewhere else and come back because we needed water which we didn’t get because they tried to charge us. I will never support this Dunkin or ever come back. such a disgrace to westmont which should be a welcoming environment for kids.
