When I was approached they still needed to make my coffee. They weren?t even busy. 3 cars in the drive thru. Way to make me late for my morning appointmentbecause they couldn?t make it when promised. Coffee tastes great but still get it figured out!

I thought they had forgotten to add my flavor, but it ended up being at the bottom of the cup when I finished my coffee. When I ordered through the app and arrived on time (or even slightly late), my coffee wasn't even made yet. To top it off, I didn't even receive a chocolate covered coffee bean. I want to support local businesses, but it's disappointing when the service is lacking.

Their iced chai teas are outstanding, along with a variety of other tasty choices that never fail to brighten your mood. I highly suggest visiting whenever you’re craving a sweet delight or a good cup of coffee. Absolutely 10/10.

When I arrived at 8:50 AM, my coffee hadn’t been made yet, even though there were only three cars in the drive-thru and the restaurant wasn’t busy. This delay caused me to be late for my morning appointment, although the coffee itself was excellent. They need to work on improving their order fulfillment efficiency.
