Culver's - Johnstown
Culver's
Description
Culver's offers a dining experience that can be hit or miss, varying between friendly service and frustrating lapses in order accuracy. While some patrons enjoy the fresh, hot meals and appreciate the casual atmosphere, others find inconsistency in food quality and service. Complaints about cold dishes and incorrect orders are common, suggesting a need for better training among staff. Though prices have risen, many diners believe they can find equal or superior meals at traditional restaurants. Nevertheless, some still find Culver's worth the occasional visit for its unique offerings and friendly service.

My experience at the restaurant today was very inconsistent compared to last Thursday and Sunday. I'm not sure if the cashier was poorly trained or if she thought I was trying to cheat her, but she definitely rushed through the transaction.
Culver’s (this at least) seems to bridge the gap between almost food and traditional restaurants. the setting when it comes in, falls comfortably into the almost food category, but put the quality/friends of food and courtesy of the staff (this) culver is in a league of their own. Note: waiting times can be longer here than with the big national chains, but for me it is worth eating when I ordered it and not 30 minutes before.
We have been here for years, quality and service are always up and down. but not bad for the price. they have increased their prices again. 1 basket and child meal over $22. that is absolutely ridiculous, they go to a really good restaurant where they can sit and have a waitress/waiter with really good eating. they will spend about the same or less depending on location.
