Still has the best milkshakes around! The food is the same as always which consistency is great to have.
They've always done a good job with the food... when we could get it. Three times recently we've arrived well within business hours and they were closed. And there was once we went there after a hockey game (we got out of the game fast to beat the rush)and they were out of roast beef, haha.

I ordered two classic roast beef sandwiches, but instead, I got two hamburgers slathered in mayo with just a piece of lettuce. My kids were in tears because they can't stand mayo. I asked the lady to just give me the roast beef and bread, but she insisted that this was the classic. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
In my opinion, this is a top-notch Arby's. I've consistently had enjoyable meals here.
