What Ken L doesn't like about Arby's:
Way slow. Inside closed. The jamoke shake was amazing. The Coca-Cola was really good. The fries were a little cold and the fry container was not full. The horsey sauce was already open. View all feedback.
Still has the best milkshakes around! The food is the same as always which consistency is great to have.
They've always done a good job with the food... when we could get it. Three times recently we've arrived well within business hours and they were closed. And there was once we went there after a hockey game (we got out of the game fast to beat the rush)and they were out of roast beef, haha.

Ordered online get there and they haven't started on my order. 4 employees standing around doing nothing. No one in drive through and no customers inside. Then I get the order and garlic ribeye sandwich isn't even worth $2 cause all the toppings didn't even stack up to a half inch. The sweet heat sandwich was on regular bun not the Hawaiian bread its suppose to be on. Will drive to Loveland Arby's from now on. Johnstown Arby's is horrible.
This place is ok but we went to dine in and every table was dirty and they look like they haven't been cleaned at all today I won't be going back to this placeFood: 2/5
