Even if... read more I really love their shakes and food—they offer fantastic options for health-conscious people. However, their drive-through system is quite frustrating. Even if you call ahead to order, you still have to wait in line behind other customers who are ordering on the spot. They should implement a system that allows customers with pre-paid orders to pull up and pick up their food as soon as it’s ready. This would prevent shakes from getting watery and food from getting cold.
