East Coast Pizza - Johnston

As newcomers to the neighborhood this year, we've quickly made this place one of our favorites. The pizzas and salads are fantastic, with a perfectly baked crust. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. It's a well-managed local business, and the owner is incredibly friendly.

I finally visited West Coast Pizza in Johnston, RI tonight to see the owner, Jeff. It was quite an experience! Although the atmosphere was a bit warm, Jeff was busy taking care of everything. The meatball parmesan was delicious and filling, and the Buffalo wings were spot on. My wife absolutely loved the fish and chips. We will definitely be coming back!

I visit this place every weekend because the food is fresh and prepared right in front of you. The owner, Jeff, is fantastic. Occasionally, he'll treat me to a slice of pizza or some fries. He really shouldn't do that, but I appreciate it—he's truly a great guy!
