It's becoming a daily addiction people...
I went in to place an order for green tea and had a disappointing experience. The woman at the counter was quite rude and ended up making my drinks incorrectly twice because she wasn't paying attention. Additionally, the last batch of tea they served me was not fresh and tasted bad. They informed me that I couldn't get a refund unless the manager was present, which I believe should be changed. I was told to come back on Tuesday to speak with the manager, so I left with a drink that wasn't made properly. Overall, the service was very poor.
Done with this dunkin. Morning crew is slow almost everyday. Made me late to worry multiple times. Took 15 minutes for 3 cars in front of me.
The drive-through is easily accessible and they're open much later than many other dunkin places nearby that close around 6pm. From going here several times, I've seen that the donuts have been fresh, and they make a good frozen coffee. Unfortunately, their hot chocolate was really lousy. It was like chocolate colored hot water. We also found the hot hazelnut extra extra, was dark, and had no sugar in it. They need to follow directions better. The service was good, although slow, and the restaurant was clean.
