Great pizza and donuts. Cold drinks. Friendly staff. What else can you ask for.
This store likes to close 6 minutes early as you pull into the parking lot in order to buy 2 items inside. Just go to Hy-Vee Fast Fresh they actually abide by the hours posted on their door and have not been unprofessional and petty. Edit: was told to use contact link, I already did on the 26th of November at 9:58pm. Heard from someone on here before receiving an email back. I work for a living so if they called from a strange number and didn't leave a voicemail I am unaware of any attempts for contact made.
I am very unhappy with the behavior of a young female employee at this restaurant. Every time I enter, she greets me with an exaggerated, high-pitched "HELLO" and then watches my every move closely. This is incredibly off-putting and has led me to stop coming to this location. I used to visit this restaurant twice a day for the past five years, but now I prefer Quick Trip or Kum & Go because I can't stand the idea of running into her again. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience for me.
This was just a bad experience all around. This was my first time ordering from this location as I live around the corner. I called in an order and was told it was going to be 30 minutes. I showed up 35 minutes later to a line of 3 people ahead of mewaiting. They had mixed up the order of the customer in front of me and had to remake him an entirely new pizza. Therefore Iended up waiting almost and additional 30 minutes for my pizza. When I got my pizza home I realized that they had forgotten someof the toppings on my pizza, the cheese was only melted on half and the curst and the curst was soft. I will not be going backagain
