Service was not. When we told the waitress we wanted the unlimited salad bar she acted put off. As if, well there goes my tip for serving them. She asked my wife if she wanted a refill and she never brought it. She did however stand over by the bar and talk to others for almost 15 minutes. She then brought our check over and asked my wife if she wanted her drink to go. We had only been seated for 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile my wife drank all of my tea because the soup was very salty. I never got asked for a refill! Oh yeah there was 1 customer at the bar and 3 others there to eat besides the two of us. This was the Ruby Tuesday's at the Oakdale Mall in JC.

I ordered a mac cheese burger and there was literally only 3 over cooked shells of macaroni. The picture on the menu showed it to be fully loaded with mac and cheese yet i barely got any. I didn't even taste it. The picture made me choose that order because mac cheese on a burger sounds amazing. I don't ever plan on eating here again. I take my burgers seriously. A Good burger automatically makes me put at least a $20 tip. My wifes order was messed up too so the tip was quite low.

Upon receiving the beer was asked if I would like to se... read more First and last time visiting this Ruby Tuesdays establishment. Sat up at the bar, ordered a beer on tap. Upon receiving the beer was asked if I would like to see a menu. Never received one Spent 30 minutes to finish my beer. In that amount of time I was ignored by the bartender. Not even a How 's the beer? No chat whatsoever. Upon finishing, I paid for the beer, left no tip for the ignorant service and ate elsewhere.

She had great people skills and provided excellent serv... read more I went to lunch and sat at the bar with a friend. The bartender, Ariel, was very attentive and friendly. She had great people skills and provided excellent service. Jamie, who is both a personal trainer and bartender, was equally friendly and engaging. She was knowledgeable and made a fantastic milkshake. The food was also good. I would definitely return if the rest of the staff is as great as Ariel and Jamie!

Service was so-so, waiter came by rarely, so we didn't get any drinks filled.
