We dined at Project BBQ for the first time last night, and it was fantastic! The brisket was perfectly cooked, and both the baked beans and mac and cheese were delicious. The staff was friendly, even though the place was packed. We will definitely be returning regularly! Five stars!

When you visit, I highly recommend trying the family platters—they’re packed with delicious smoked meats. The brisket is incredibly flavorful and tender. My kids especially enjoy the sausage, which has just a hint of spice. All the sides we tried were fantastic; the smoked mac and cheese and cornbread casserole were standout favorites. They also serve burgers and sometimes loaded fries, which are worth a try. Don't forget to save room for dessert; we really loved the banana pudding. The staff is hardworking and very attentive. Just keep in mind that their hours are limited, typically only open on weekends, so be sure to check their schedule before heading out.

10 out of 10 stars! The BBQ is fantastic, and the staff is amazing. The only downside is that everything looks so mouthwatering, it's tough to decide what to order!

Great! I had swarm BBQ tablet, cranked greens and BBQ beans. everything was excellent. I just tried a little of the vinegar bq sauce base because not in the rule my favorites, but it was very good. I used the traditional sweet South Style sauce and it was my favorite. my man had a brisketburger and loved him! also the smoked mac and cheese and maisbrotpudding (think her, that is what she called it) very good as well. we have enjoyed bananenpudding for dessert! we recommend them!

Excellent meal of beef brisket, slaw, beans strawberry cheesecake. Enjoyed the welcome we received and would highly recommend.
