Tried the new smoked BBQ chicken sandwich.Don't waste your money.Not there normal chicken sandwich. McDonald's has more chicken on there chicken sandwich compared to this one.Hardly any BBQ on the sandwich and could not taste the bacon. View all feedback.

They were a bit behind tonight and some orders took longer to come out. No one made a fuss about it, but the manager still decided to refund our order because we had to wait so long, without us even mentioning it. Now that's what I call great service!
I visited the Chick-fil-A at Johnson City Mall on Saturday, September 2, 2017, and accidentally left my bag containing Mac cosmetics behind. Today, I received a call from the Mac counter informing me that someone at Chick-fil-A had returned my bag. I have always appreciated Chick-fil-A for their commitment to their values, and this gesture only deepens my admiration for them. May God bless you and your staff. I hope you can identify the honest individual who returned my bag and express my gratitude to them on my behalf. Thank you!
