While the consistent menu is a pro, it would be nice to see some new vegan and vegetarian options added. 2. The service can be inconsistent, with different servers each week. Some servers are knowledgeable about the menu and provide excellent service, while others may not be as attentive. Improving consistency with service is necessary. 3. There is a credit card service charge that was recently added, which should be clearly stated on the menu to avoid any surprises for customers who prefer to pay with cash. In conclusion, Lola's is a beloved spot for my mother and me, with a few areas for improvement to make the dining experience even more enjoyable.
