I had the most wonderful experience at this Subway (9/6, about 6:30pm) and that's saying something! I wish I had caught the employee's name, but she was quick, intuitive, and had a strong grasp of customer service! As she was a mom herself, she knew, without even me telling, which kid got which sandwich and made sure that we got what we all wanted. I've ordered sandwiches at this location a couple of times, and have not been impressed. The employees aren't friendly, and the sandwiches are lacking. I downloaded the Subway app for the buy one get one offer. This is the only Charleston location that's not participating. You're much better off getting a sandwich from Publix right down the street. One half of a Publix deli sub has more meat and toppings than a foot long sub at this Subway location.
I’ve been here a few times and they have over charged me both times. I get a regular sub and they ring in a more expensive one and ‘customize’ it how you want it instead of the one I ordered.
I haven't eaten there since they discontinued the sweet onion sauce, I do not like the sweet onion teriyaki sauce it's not the same....
Great Subway. I highly recommend the #10, great service. Fast and friendly.
