We were around the area and wanted to grab a lunch. Decided to give this place a try based on decent google reviews. The place was very small as we first walked in and was unsure how good the food would be. It turned out amazing! . The owner was very courteous and we ordered the fish and chips with fresh homemade fries. Wow the fries was so fresh and halibut fish was delicious as the batter was light, thin not oily. All the friends I want with a blown away and with great service and food. Would definitely come back if given the chance too. We are from Ontario and wish they had fish and chips made like this.

This place has been in operation for more than 30 years. Great food. Lobster rolls and fish and chips are the best of anywhere in Nova Scotia. Cozy little home town shop. Friendly and heart warming bunch of people. The sub I ordered was amazing.
