This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location in Calgary. Every visit leaves me regretting my decision. The drive-thru staff are consistently rude and seem to lack enthusiasm for their jobs. Today was especially disappointing; the woman who assisted me had no patience as I struggled with my app for payment and was quite curt with me. It appears that the hiring manager needs to conduct more comprehensive interviews, as I have yet to encounter any friendly employees here. A little effort from someone at the window to smile would go a long way, as customer service roles should embody a welcoming attitude. It’s telling that I would prefer to go to a gas station Tim Hortons rather than return to this one.
I recently visited this place with the usual expectation of enjoying either an everything bagel or a four cheese bagel, but once again, they were out of stock. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve been disappointed to find those two options unavailable. You’d think they would restock them more often, but it never seems to happen. If you’re in the mood for a bagel other than jalapeño or 12 grain, I wouldn’t suggest going to this location after 4:30.
I had a terrible experience at Tim Hortons this morning! I'm not sure they even know how to read orders properly. I ordered two iced coffees, one with two shots of espresso, along with a breakfast croissant and a box of Timbits. Instead, I got two iced caps—no one in my house drinks iced caps! They did manage to include the box of Timbits, but they completely forgot the breakfast sandwich I ordered for my son. It was genuinely the worst experience!
I enjoy that this Tim Hortons stays open late. The staff has consistently been friendly. The drive-thru is available 24 hours, and I've noticed that this location sometimes offers different donuts compared to others. It's nice because it's a bit quieter than many of the other locations.
