I counted that there are about 14 different vegan sushi options. I don't think joensuu has all available that are shown on luckiesfun website, but there were still many vegan and gluten-free options in the restaurant so that they don't leave starving for eating there. updated by previous review on 2021-07-09 updated by previous review on 2021-07-09
We have been to this restaurant several times and have always enjoyed our meals. However, on this occasion, we arrived later than usual at 19:00, thinking it was not too late since the restaurant closes at 9:00. To our disappointment, many of the warm food options were almost empty, including regular rice, fried rice, and noodles. More than 10 customers arrived after us, but the restaurant only had roasted noodles, fried vegetables, and some sushi left. While we were able to find something to eat, we felt that the price of 17.9 euro was not worth it given the limited options. Additionally, we were disappointed by the state of the restroom, which lacked toilet paper and towels. Overall, our experience was lacking compared to previous visits. Despite this, we believe that with some improvements, the restaurant could easily earn a fair three-star rating.
Mediocre sushi restaurant. Sushi rice was dry, sticking to the surface. Overall taste and quality is quite average. The sodas taste like diluted with water. Same with soya sauce, it should taste stronger. The atmosphere is confused due to loud and incoherent music. The open kitchen can be noisy. The location and overall setting is nice. Still, I would rather enjoy better food in a more homely place.
