I have eaten in 100s of restaurants in over 20 countries and this is firmly in my Top Ten places to eat. We have visited Cafe Darya numerous times over the past 10 years, making trips to Jindabyne just to eat here, as the food is prepared with love and attention. The chef described the preparation of his rice which was not an explanation but poetry.
