Honestly, the customer service in Jesup is the worst I've ever experienced. Every time I visit, the service is subpar. I'm not looking for Chick-fil-A level service, but anything would be better than what I've encountered there. Until there's an improvement, the food simply isn’t worth it. View all feedback.

Dinner, on the other hand, was a different experience. It felt like a long drive home with a fast wait time. Although the order was correct when we got home, the taste was disappointing. The same hamburger I enjoyed at lunch was now a lackluster version of itself. Plus, the tomatoes were bad. Honestly, when a sliced tomato looks muddy, it’s just not acceptable. Someone really should've asked if we wanted that. My daughter ordered the 4 for $4 meal. Her chicken sandwich was dry and overcooked, so she didn’t finish it. On the bright side, the nuggets were hot and juicy, and you could definitely tell the difference between them and the sandwich.
