The food was great and the employees are so kind and cheerful........almost like they are happy to be working. Lol. Very friendly. Clean dining room. I recommend them.Parking: Clean parking lot.

Honestly, the customer service in Jesup is the worst I've ever experienced. Every time I visit, the service is subpar. I'm not looking for Chick-fil-A level service, but anything would be better than what I've encountered there. Until there's an improvement, the food simply isn’t worth it.

The drive-thru staff at this location were unprofessional and quite rude. I was trying to order a meal for my family, and since this was our first visit, I asked for a moment to decide what they wanted. The employee acknowledged my request but then kept prompting me to order three times within just five minutes, which made me feel pressured. Eventually, I started to place my order, but as soon as I managed to say a few words, she abruptly told me to pull up to the last window. When I explained I wasn’t finished yet, she just replied with "okay," and I continued with my order. Every time I got part of my order out, she would ask if I was done, as if she wasn't willing to wait for me to finish. I finally completed the order, but when we reached the payment window, she didn’t provide the total beforehand, catching me off guard when I had to prepare my card. She rolled her eyes and walked away while I was trying to get my payment sorted out. After finally paying, she handed me two bags and then abruptly snatched them back out of my hands, nearly causing me to drop them. To top it off, we ended up missing several items from our order, and she closed the drive-thru window on us without any further communication. I will not be returning to this location; the lack of professionalism and courtesy was unacceptable. They really need to improve their training or consider hiring different staff.
