I picked it up at 6:30, but unfortunately, the chicken w... read more I placed an order at around 6:20 PM for $35, which included 11 pieces of chicken and a few small sides. I picked it up at 6:30, but unfortunately, the chicken was cold and must have been cooked at least 8 hours earlier. It was dry and almost tasteless, which was quite disappointing. For $35, I expected better quality than old, cold chicken. This was in Jesup, GA, not San Francisco.

That wasn't the issue, thoug... read more The manager was very rude. They were experiencing technical difficulties with the drive-thru, and I waited 20 minutes for my order. That wasn't the issue, though. When my girlfriend walked in to address the problem, a younger African American manager told her that the order was not incorrect and that she wasn't even the one who placed it. He insisted that it was right because he had packed it, but it turned out that the order was missing items. Perhaps the management of this store should be reconsidered.
