This location is never open on time and always struggles with time management. There’s no leadership everytime I come in and it just looks like a large amount o... read more This location is never open on time and always struggles with time management. There’s no leadership everytime I come in and it just looks like a large amount of people who don’t care mixed with a very select few who do. Drive thru is always a main priority over their mobile and in store guests- leaving walk in guests waiting anywhere from 15-35 minutes for an order of coffee and a donut. I’ve had a long black hair in my sandwich, given some sort of refresher when I ordered a hot coffee and the label on the cup matched what I ordered, burned sandwiches, after having so much understanding and patience I have officially given up on this location. They need new leadership that can identify these opportunity areas and coach l/ develop the team through them or they need to hire people who truely care. Mistakes happen and we are all human, but this location is past this point.

I threw it out. A waste of money.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 mins and no one answered. Went to the door and it was locked. They told me I needed to go to the drive thru.
