I ordered for a pick up 10 mins before and then waited another 10 minutes at the drive thru before anyone even came up to the window...the guy didn't even know there was a pick up order. I had to wait again in order for him to make it. Ridiculous...how do you not know there was an online order. As I was leaving I looked behind me and there were 6 cars in the drive thru waiting. I peeked to see if any customers were inside, but it was completely empty. Now I don't know what was going on, but clearly the employees are a bunch of kids that weren't doing anything and not paying attention. Never coming back here again. Do not even waste your time here. I placed a pick-up order only 10 minutes prior and then waited another 10 minutes at the drive-thru before anyone approached the window. The staff member seemed unaware of the pick-up order and I had to wait even longer while he prepared it. It’s unbelievable that they didn't know about the online order. As I was leaving, I noticed six cars behind me, all waiting, and the inside of the restaurant was completely empty. It seemed like the employees weren't doing anything or paying attention at all. I cannot recommend this place! It’s shocking to see a business operate so poorly. As someone from a family-run business, I am truly disappointed in Dunkin' Donuts, especially this location. I've never witnessed such a lack of work ethic and professionalism.

I was ha... read more I'm giving 3 stars based on the fact that while I was there, no one's order was right including mine. Everyone was very pleasant and the food was good. I was happy to see that no one gave these young workers a hard time as they were trying and more thanwilling to correct the problems.

Went inside for gcs and it looked unkept. 10/10/22 8:30am Morning crew is usually good. I placed a mobileorder today. All the drinks were correct but the bagel bites weren't. I had to wait out front for the correct ones. 2/4/216pm Apparently D crew is working tonight. Mobile order placed 10 mins before arrival. It wasn't ready when I got there. Then Iwatched them make it wrong with almond milk and lie straight to my face when I tell them it's supposed to I have oatmilk. Guessthey've never heard of nut allergies.
