Unfortunately, the milkshake machine was out of order, so we had to order something else instead. Overall, the experience was okay, but the main downside was the amount of time it took to be served.

It is such a common occurrence that a possible new name for the ice cream could be "Freezer Burn with Pecans." Additionally, when I requested to substitute the hot fudge in my sundae for caramel, I was assured it could be done. However, they forgot to actually include any caramel. Overall, I would suggest avoiding this place if you are looking for quality ice cream.

He scanned a non-existent barcode sarcastica... read more I presented a valid coupon for a milkshake to the man at the restaurant, but he claimed there was no barcode on it. He scanned a non-existent barcode sarcastically and laughed while not honoring the coupon. I ended up paying full price for my milkshake, receiving a receipt and another coupon with no barcode. The man's lack of knowledge on how to use the POS system should not result in me being subjected to his sarcasm or have my money taken. I was already having a bad day, and to top it off, I paid full price for a poorly made milkshake.
