The staff member refused to honor the certificate, made sarcastic remarks, and charged full price for the milkshake. The reviewer also received an additional certificate without a barcode, which was also not honored. Despite having a bad day, the reviewer expected better customer service and respect for their valid certificates.

Unfortunately, the milkshake machine was out of order, so we had to order something else instead. Overall, the experience was okay, but the main downside was the amount of time it took to be served.
