What User dislikes about Naya Jerusalem:
Food is tasty and comes quick, but the place is outrageously overpriced. The pricing is the same as some of the upscale, fancy with a dress code restaurants with a view in Tel Aviv. And this is an option out of many on a street in a mall in a suburb of Jerusalem. So maybe think twice or just take out a mortgage and enjoy! A Complete Disaster Avoid Naya at All Costs! I rarely (if ever) leave reviews, but I never felt so inspired to leave a review thanks to my horrendous experience with Naya in Jerusalem. It was so awful that I feel compelled to warn others. I made the trip from Tel Aviv, eager to try what I thought would be a great Thai restaurant, but it was an absolute disaster. Service was horrendous. The staff were inattentive and uninterested in helping us. Our food arrived late and cold. Not a single dish was remotely close to room temperature. When we tried to discuss with the staff, they couldn’t care less. For a place claiming to serve Thai cuisine, it was some of the blandest, most tasteless food I’ve ever had. I ordered a curry, and it had no depth of flavor and neither did the buns. The container of curry was less than half full. Portions were ridiculously small, leaving us still hungry after paying so much for subpar food. Not only were the dishes tiny, but they didn’t even taste good. Honestly, I’ve had better takeout from a random food truck. The management was no better. We tried to bring up our concerns about the cold food, and the manager argued with us taking no responsibility. There was no effort to resolve the issue, no apology, no attempt to make us feel like valued customers. Naya was a huge letdown, and I can’t recommend it to anyone. Stay far away from this place if you value your time, money, and appetite! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₪120–140 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Went to get Ramen, they refused to replace wheat noodles with rice noodles. I have never heard of anything like this. Update: Just got a notification from Google that 100 saw my review. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₪80–100 Service: 1
