The staff are rude. Very uncomfortable feeling with staff. One freaked out because I got coffee at 6:25am and the breakfast opens at 6:30am. Very unpleasant people. Another creepy staff member sang to a girl as she shut her door to her room. The buses are near by so that's great. Great location and a beautiful building full of history and art. The rooms ac went out 5 of the 12 days we stayed. The David Hallelujah nights is loud every night but a really cool show to see and not far at all.
