Luby's Cafeteria - Jersey Village

I mean, it's Luby's. Not the best food we got from here. The chicken fried chicken was hard, and the potatoes of the mash were somehow cold. Our server was great! She deserves 5 stars.

I planned a pickup at 11:30. I came at 11:36 and waited until 11:50 in the car. I had to eat a person at school at 12 noon so they could enjoy their lunch. That made me so late. The food should have been ready for me to pick up at the time I ordered it. So terrible service. The girl in the car through the window has no idea what she did. She was so lost and confused when I was on the speaker and I said I was there at 11:36 for my order! I had to call the store while I wait twice in the car! Probably understated and busy. I understand.

Very good quality improvement and simple meals. I come twice a week and can taste the difference. Good work, Luby's, you're going back.

This place was good. Lately quality went down. Had the beef, they seemed to be a lower meat variety. No taste, texture, etc. The last couple of times we went there missing most decisions. The people behind the counter are busy talking to each other as serving the customer.

YES THEY ARE STILL OPEN!!! This place a wife selection of food to eat. I especially love the children's plate option for my children. They each get a main course and two side or a veggie plate where you pick just three sides. Their meal also comes with a roll, kids drink and jello for one price. This helped so much with my picky eaters who one day like something and then don't like it the next. For the adult the portions side are huge. I have never left here feeling hungry. Yoy get two sides and a choice of rolls. The people behind the counter serving food have the patience of saints when dealing with my indecisive children. The place is very clean with several wait staff walking around to help whenever they are needed. They have helped move tables together when needed and carry trays when it's too much for me to handle on my own. They refill your drinks and are at your table to assist you with anything. You pay before you eat! This is a cafeteria style restuarant.
