I am so grateful to have this spot so close to my apartment. Just picked up a GF apple cardamom muffin this morning and it was still hot and fresh out of the oven??? Incredible. All of the baked goods I've tried have been great. The scones are a particular standout since they're fluffy, soft, and unlike most scones you stumble upon in coffee shops. I can't vouch for their meal delivery service but I've never been disappointed with any of the goodies I've picked up in person. Seriously, check these guys out! Especially if you have any dietary restrictions. You won't regret it.

This place is hard to find. They almost don't want you to find the spot that is how hidden it is and there is no sign from the street. I'm sure the locals know about it though since it seemed like they were getting a few orders. They have a small menu with some lunch specials. The bbq chicken special with a few veggies and sides was my go to. It also seems like they are going the healthier route here. People love eating healthy these days. They also have peanut butter energy balls and protein brownies. It is one of those places that have their core regulars that I am sure love it. This wouldn't be a weekly place for me but it does do the trick. Try it out!

I got a muffin and an iced cold brew latte, and both were quite tasty! However, I would love to see them offer a regular iced Americano and espresso. The cold brew was a bit too mild for my liking. On the bright side, I really appreciated their friendly service and the delicious baked goods!

Whealth Kitchen is a lovely café located in Journal Square, just a five-minute stroll from the Journal Square PATH station. It's situated within the tallest residential building next to the station. Although the café operates for only half the day, the staff are friendly, and there’s a nice selection of food to choose from. I ordered the veggie soup, which was made with carrots, cabbage, and onions, along with two gluten-free muffins. Both items were delicious, and I easily reheated the soup for my lunch.

Whealth is a small little coffee/food shop hidden attached to a High rise. You can't see it from the street so you just have to know it's there. It's definitely good for people who work in the area and residents in that building. I had been going to this place since pre pandemic and it has changed since then. Still in all it's a good place to get coffee and healthy eats. They have some breakfast foods and lunch options that include salads, a soup of the day, sandwiches and bowls. While their menu is very limited, in that area its a good place for a healthy meal. I also enjoy their pastries which usually don't have a lot of ingredients in them. The scones and cookies are amazing. Some things I hope for Whealth in the future is a larger menu and longer hours. They are open from the morning until 2pm. I'm a late eater myself and I'm always looking for a 3pm coffee and snack while at work and this place is shut down. I hope they expand til 4 or 5pm like most of the coffee shops in the area. Check Whealth out if you can find it amongst the construction!
