Taqueria Downtown - Jersey City

Delivery was within the window Seamless mentioned but will not be ordering from here again due to the fact that I found this metal staple in the first bite of my steak quesadilla. Lucky I noticed something hard as I was chewing and didn't swallow it whole.

They need to work on their take out service. Twice had the problem of waiting more then 30 min, even tho i placed my order 30 min earlier. The food is really good but there service they need to work on it. They also need to fix their website take out, and opening hours.

I am so surprised by the negative reviews. I ordered almost weekly from this restaurant since I moved into the neighbourhood. no problems with my order. Maybe once. as both of us had made a lot of modifications and they accidentally forget to swirl on all tacos instead of just my friend. but seriously, eating is super good, fresh and fast. it's always good and fresh, every time. As I said, they just screwed up my order and they were always nice to me. I think it's a booklet-taco link in the neighbourhood and will continue to support it.

I've been ordering her restaurant for 5 years. Today was the last time I'll ever order from them. they often get false orders, but we tolerated it because it is decent eating. Today, when the order arrived, there were 3 articles missing. 2 of the articles we got had a long, orange-tinted hair in the food. 2 separate items had haare in them! when I called, the manager laughed when I expressed my care for the cleanliness of the objects and if the other objects could be contaminated. we were fully grown and will never order formula here again.

I ordered a half pint salsa (which obviously do not come with chips) and asked if I could have chips. the woman in the window reacted no I clarified and told her I would pay extra for the chips, and she only looks confused at me again and said no I then asked another employee if I could buy chips and he informed me that they were selling only chips with salsa, so I told him I would just buy that (despite having already encountered half pint salsa.) the woman who has previously worked the register (which I have spoken few). additionally, taqueria downtown, consider adding standalone chips to their menu for those who order half pint or pint of salsa. eating is good, but the quesadilla is very fat.
