Prato Bakery - Jersey City

I always wish I had a bigger stomach every time we visit. I usually order a fontina bun but their pastries are so so so good!

Love their baked goods. The egg sandwiches are absolutely delicious. The cold brew is by far the best in the area, if you put macadamia milk in it, you get a big chocolate vibe.

Such a nice bakery and perfect for brunch! I got Mushroom egg puff and my friend ordered sausage egg. We both loved it. The egg scramble smells and tastes superb, both flavor and texture wise! The egg tart is moist and flavorful as well. Their coffee is not bad either! On the pricier side for the serving size but definitely worth the hype!

Such a tasty neighborhood spot with seasonal treats. Personally, big fan of the quiches. Definitely give it a try!

Been on my to do list for years and finally decided to go this weekend, 2 times at that. If the hint weren’t enough it’s a pretty good breakfast cafe tho a bit pricey. Then again everything is these days right? Highly recommend the bacon or mushroom egg sandwiches. baked goods display is always tempting. americano was solid not acidic or bitter. nice and bold tho could use a touch more ice especially on the extra hot days (it melts too fast just cooling the drink). Come early (think pre opening) if you don’t want to wait long but if you come later expect a wait. also note your drink will def come well before your egg sandwich so don’t stray too far from the barista counter. overall 8.5/10, small deductions for bready cinnamon roll and inconvenient hours (also being closed 3 days of the week).
