The bacon, egg, and cheese is out of this world. The pernil (roast pork) is a huge serving with rice and plantains and is also delicious. We saw a man ordering the oxtail sauce on top of the pernil and it was amazing! The iced coffee is sweet and milky and sugary. Overall love this place View all feedback.
What Lizbeth Rivera Martinez doesn't like about El Sazon De Las Americas:
Worst customer service in the restaurant in over the phone. You call them and they pick up and they don’t even say hello or anything they leave you they’re on hold like it just happened to me. I was on hold for 10 minutes before they hung up and now I’m calling, and no View all feedback.
The food was fantastic and just what I was looking for. They serve excellent Latin cuisine.
I had the worst customer service experience ever with this restaurant over the phone. When I called, they answered without a greeting and left me on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes before they hung up on me. Now I’m trying to call again, and there's still no response.
This is the worst Dominican restaurant I have ever been to. Absolutely terrible!
Food had ants in them. Never a manager around to handle. Do NOT eat here. THEY are the WORST customer service too.
