Carvel - Jersey City

The place sucks. One staff member and you can tell she had an attitude. I get a medium shake and she fills it half with milk and the 3 smallest scoops of ice cream. It is labeled as THICK SHAKES and it was legit just milk with some ice cream. Could not even taste the flavor of the ice cream. When she rung up my order she never said thank you or anything. Just turned her back and acted like I wasn't there probably because she knew how awful the product was that she just served.Never going back.

A great place to get your a sweet treat, whether it's soft serve, a sundae, a milkshake, or just a regular scoop in a cone or bowl. They do offer ice cream sandwiches and cakes if your feeling something just a touch different.I ordered the Dragonfruit Lemonade Sorbet which was super delicious. I knew I had to get it because I haven't seen a flavor like that before. It wasn't too sweet nor was it too sour. I would definitely be back.

Second time coming here. Disappointed both times. Wouldn’t recommend this carvel location to anyone. They don’t get the designs right or the name or the color of the cake. I would give it zero stars.

Carvel is filled with all the joys in flavor, the employees are perfect for their customer service, thanks for putting it in the location that it’s in.I also clean the windows their , I try to keep it looking beautiful after all windows are the attraction of every place of business.

This place is poorly run and the food is overpriced. Find a better place around here. The staff seem like they don't care. Tried to submit a comment via their customer support and it didn't even work. I guess that tells you a little bit about the quality of Carvel's.
