What Sankofa Tafari NYC likes about Bengali Sweet House:
This is a very special restaurant. Very clean and the food is authentic. It’s all about the food here. If u want food prepared traditionally this is the place to go. Theirs quite a few restaurants in this area but this one stands out for the food. I’ve never been disappointed. The staff is attentive and you won’t have to wait long either. Phenomenal food. I ordered the rasmalai which was not even rasmalai at all. It was thick and dough like with no ras /milk in it at all. It was just a bunch of dry clumps. It tasted old too. Do not order the rasmalai. View all feedback.

Rotis are a little dry with visible dry aata on it. But good size and thickness.

The item in the Menu said With Sev but didn't get it. Otherwise the Batata Poha was good and quantity was also decent! Will order more from this place

Worst dahi bhalla ever. It seemed stale and yogurt tasted weird.
