I focused on the flats sinc... read more I have always loved this place, but today I was disappointed. When I ordered extra crispy wings, what I received were barely cooked. I focused on the flats since they were slightly more done, but ultimately I had to tell the waitress I wasn't satisfied and reminded her that I had specifically requested them to be crispy. Despite my efforts to push through a few rubbery bites and with my entire table agreeing that the wings weren't properly cooked, she returned with only five out of the ten wings I ordered and mentioned that they had a hard time in the kitchen. I assured her it wasn't her fault, but I did let her know I would be writing this review on Google. This type of service would never have happened under the previous ownership. For the best wings at a better price, head over to Mark's in Simpson instead, because Windsor now charges $15 and seems to disregard customer satisfaction.
